「龜時間 goöod time」是一間自然派的咖啡喫茶，2019年在南台灣的高雄美麗島成立，座落在姐妹店「鶴宮寓 ho̍k house 」B&B的1樓。
這間咖啡喫茶採用南台灣有機、自然農法蔬果，提供大地風味的料理，不定期舉辦與「人」和「時間感」有關的手作體驗、節氣料理教室。 這裏也有一個選物部，販賣自家製的點心、台灣與日本職人的手作雜貨、古物書籍。有的誕生於 「龜時間 goöod time」，有的誕生於「鶴宮寓 ho̍k house 」，都是與「人」和「時間」交織出的小物。
2021年龜時間的線上選物店在這裡正式成立了。 美食、禮盒、選物。歡迎遠方的你來逛逛。
"goöod time" café, located on the 1st floor of Ho̍k House B&B, is a "farm to table concept" cafe' kissa&shop.
Certified as an 1-leaf-green-restaurant by the "Green Dining Guide Taiwan" and won the"celebrate local and seasonal award" in 2022, goöod time sources seasonal ingredients mostly from the small independents farms focusing on natural farming in southern Taiwan. The focus of the meals and products here is on letting the natural ingredients speak for themselves.
