A Sophisticated Taste of the Wild

Grown in harmony with the endangered leopard cat in southern Taiwan, the organic citruses in this jam are vibrant, bold, and full of life.

Honoring the aromatic peels and fibers, each batch is patiently debittered and simmered to perfection. Infused with the Taiwanese indigenous wild mountain black tea, this jam offers a textured depth and a lingering chocolate-like finish.

Perfect on warm biscuit and bread, or whisked with olive oil and salt to elevate your savory dishes.

所用的果物都來自南台灣的有機小農 (產地鮮摘熱直送龜廚房)。

無添加果膠、防腐劑，以20-25%低糖、費工的法式糖漬法compote手工製作。

• 成份： 石虎友善農法茂谷柑、砂糖橘、黃檸檬、台產白砂糖、台灣原生野放山紅茶（柑橘依季節變動更替）
• 重量：130g±2%
• 保存方式/ 期限：避免太陽直射，常溫陰涼處。未開封後冷藏保存1個月，建議儘速食用完畢！
